One on one
A coach in
your cage.
A machine won't tell you why you're late on the fastball. Book thirty or sixty minutes with a coach who watches every swing and sends you home with one thing to work on. The cage is included in the price.
What we teach
Three kinds
of work.
The staff
Who you'll
work with.
Each coach sets their own hours and rate. Pick the one who teaches what you need, and the lesson board shows only the times they're in the building.
Rates
What it costs.
Cage time is included in the lesson price. Members get their plan discount on every lesson. Membership hours cover cage time only, so they can't be used to pay for a coach.
